1970 Registered Kayseri Chamber of Commerce as a sole proprietorship (private company) and start to work as a private electrical engineer
1970-2000 Contracts with government foundations such as İller Bankası, Köy Elektrifikasyonu, T.E.K., TEDAŞ etc.
1985-1995 Housing projects in Kayseri
1995-2003 First, Second and Third Stages of S.S.Mim-Sin Konut Yapı Kooperatifi Housing Projects
2000 Founded Gemak Construction Electricity Industry and Trade Inc. and become the chairman.
2006 Founded Konut Yapı Construction Electricity Industry and Trade Inc. and become the chairman.

AHMET MURAT KÖMÜRCÜ (Board Member)

1991 Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from METU.
1991-1995 Master of Science in Structural Engineering from METU.
1991-1993 MBA Degree from Bilkent University (Full Scholorship) and worked as Research Assistant in Business Administration Department.
1994-1995 Planning Engineering in Alarko Construction Inc.
1997-now  Working as lecturer in Civil engineering Department of Erciyes University in Kayseri.
2000 Founding partner of Gemak Construction Electricity Industry and Trade Incorporation.
2006 Founding partner of Konut Yapı Construction Industry Trade Incorporation.
2007 PhD Degree in Management from ERU.
Still working as a project manager.

1994-2000 Work as site engineer in different projects in Abdülkadir KÖMÜRCÜ firm
2000 Founding partner of Gemak Construction Electricity Industry and Trade Incorporation.
2006 Founding partner of Konut Yapı Construction Industry Trade Incorporation.
